1. Visual Inspection
There are no cracks, pores, slag, welding spatter, and pits on the sealing surface of the braided hose and the welding seam. Visual inspection or visual inspection with an appropriate magnifying glass. The inner and outer surfaces of the SS braided hose should be clean and dry, and no residues such as rust and iron filings are allowed. The mesh sleeve and the corrugated hose should be fit together, and the surface of the SS corrugated hose is not allowed to have defects such as bumping of welding slag. The number of steel wire mesh and broken wires shall comply with the standards.
2. Size Inspection
Check the linear dimension deviation and the shape and position deviation with a measuring tool whose accuracy meets the tolerance requirements, and check that it meets the requirements of the standard.
3. Weld Flaw Detection
The color flaw detection of the longitudinal weld of the braided flexible hose blank and the circumferential weld of the flexible corrugated hose connection is in accordance with the provisions of JB4730-2005.
4. Pressure Test
All equipment such as water compressor and air compressor must be intact. The test device shall ensure that both ends of the metal braided hose are fixed and effectively sealed during the test, and the flexible braided hose is in a free state and in a straight state. During the test, the pressure should be increased slowly, and when the specified test pressure is reached, the pressure should be maintained for at least 10 minutes, and no leakage is qualified.
5. Airtight Test
Conducted in conjunction with the hydraulic test. When the pressure test uses the air pressure test, the air tightness test may not be performed. The test device shall ensure that both ends of the corrugated metal hose are effectively sealed during the test, and the SS flexible corrugated hose is in a free state and in a straight line. The test medium is clean compressed air, and the pressure should be gradually increased during the test. When the specified test pressure is reached, the pressure should be maintained for at least 10 minutes. Welding seam can be inspected with soap bubbles, no leakage is qualified.
6. Packaging Test
Dry the metal hose, and paint if needed. Finally, the packaging process.
